Hey y’all How is everybody on this fine ass saturday. Today is daylights savings times so we are supposed to set our clocks one hour forward but I am rebel and wont do what the government tells me to do. (unless i have to do jury duty or pay taxes then you gotta listen to the goverment). But either way I feel i gotta do a blog post and I don’t want to wast any time so how about we jump right into this. So without further adieu here are the top 5 best starting pitchers i cannot wait to see pitch in 2018

1.  Los Angeles Dodgers Starting Pitcher Clayton Kershaw: First up on this list is the one and only god-king himself Clayton Kershaw. For the 2017 season Clayton got an 18-4 record, a 2.31 ERA, 202 strikeouts and an 0.95 WHIP. Clayton Also got an 29.8 Strikeout percentage and 10.39 strikeouts per every 9 innings pitched for the 2017 season. For the 2018 season fangraphs projects Clayton will get an 16-7 record, a 2.60 ERA, 224 strikeouts and an 0.97 WHIP. Clayton is also projected to get a 28.7 strikeout percentage and 10.51 strikeouts per every 9 innings along with an 2.6 FIP for the 2018 season.

2.  Cleveland Indians Starting Pitcher Corey Kluber: Next up on this list s the Klubot AKA Corey Kluber. For the 2017 season Corey got an 18-4 record, a 2.25 ERA, 265 strikeouts and an 0.87 WHIP. Chris also got 12.93 strikeouts per every 9 innings pitched and a 36.2 strikeout percentage for the 2017 season. For the 2018 season fangraphs projects Chris will get a 16.7 record, a 3.03 ERA, 230 strikeouts and an 1.04 WHIP. 4.  Washington Nationals Starting Pitcher Max Scherzer: Okay time to talk about one of my favorite pitchers in the MLB Max Scherzer. For some reason I actually really like him a lot I mean he is an amazing pitcher but still I guess I am just a really big Max Scherzer fan. Either way for the 2017 season Max got a 16-6 record, a 2.51 ERA, 268 strikeouts and an 0.90 WHIP. Max also got an 34.4 strikeout percentage and 12.02 strikeouts per every 9 innings pitched for the 2017 season. For the 2018 season fangraphs projects Max will get a 16-8 record, a 3.20 ERA, 263 strikeouts and an 1.07 WHIP. Along with 11.40 strikeouts per ever 9 innings pitched and an 30.2 strikeout percentage and an .318 FIP for the 2018 season.

So last but not least here is my boy Luis Severino.Within the last season Luis has really Broken out as an MLB Ace. For the 2017 season Luis got an 14-8 record, a 2.98 ERA, 230 strikeouts and an 1.04 WHIP. Luis also managed to get an 29.4 strikeout percentage and 10.71 strikeouts per every 9 innings pitched. For the 2018 season fangraphs projects Luis will get an 13-8 record, a 3.35 ERA, 213 strikeouts and an 1.14 WHIP. Luis is also projected to get an 27.3 strikeout percentage and 10.28 strieouts per every 9 innings pitched along with an 3.37 FIP for the 2018 season
